There is only no other place like this. Located just between the factory Hyundai in Nošovice (Czech Republic) and Kia in Žilina, this space is unique and offers almost 250000 square meters of the space of class A. The park is situated in the middle of the imaginary triangle between Ostrava – Žilina – Katowice, this triangle stands for one of the first industrial regions of the Central Europe abundant in automotive factories and its suppliers from the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. Except for automotive industry producers, there are many other production companies from different areas such as Volkswagen, Siemens or TRW.

Regional accessibility
Highway D1 connecting Martin, Košice and Bratislava, the planned highway D3 connecting Slovakia and Poland nowadays only by means of the road E75 to Ostrava provide excellent accessibility of the park. The railway connection with Bratislava, Košice, Czech Republic and Poland is completed by its own factory railway.
